This policy explains what personal data MsgDrip collects, why, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, dashboard and API.

Data we process

Account information you give us, such as your name and work email, and the contact data you send through MsgDrip on behalf of your customers. We process customer contact data only to deliver your messages.

How we protect it

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited by role, and every administrative action is logged.

Your choices

You can export or delete your workspace data at any time from Settings, or by contacting privacy@msgdrip.com.
